The GWU just opened a new center (looks like their infant spots are filled but you might have better luck with a toddler) on K street in my building and I've heard great things about it from my co worker who has an infant in their school. I went down to visit her son during lunch sometime and these babies were in their diaper playing with paints! Never thought to do that with babies. I gave up on finding a spot for our newborn.
