[/quote] It worked for me, lost 30lbs...but it only worked when I ate all the weekly points and all the exercise points...and if I measured carbs (like pasta) and liquid calories (so I actually poured wine into a cup measurer...) but I had to eat everything I burned otherwise,I didn't lose![/quote]
