[/quote] We knew someone who did not eat activity or weekly points. She then ended up blowing the whole thing, and not losing weight. I think the whole point of WW is that is NOT meant to be spartan - it is meant to be sustainable (and, as you say, a habit to keep when you are on maintenance) So you should eat the weeklies and the activity points if you are hungry for them - but try to eat your filling foods first, so you are less likely to be hungry for them.
