I had a huge flood because my neighbor's water heater died and sprung a leak.[/quote] That's what insurance is for[/quote] 11:23 here - Yes, of course you have insurance, but: 1) you have to deal with repair (missing working, losing free time, losing use of your home, having to live with the paint smell) because of some else's actions 2) you still pay a deductible 3) your insurance rates go up 4) It may happen a lot (at least in my case - I had water damage four times in a year)[/quote]
