I'm not sure if DC would bring an aiding and abetting case against you. But it's still wrong.  It's more than just being dishonest, you're taking a spot from other kids who follow the rules and have applied for out of bounds spots.  Your friends can do that, and they should escalate the situation through the school and DCPS if necessary (and DCPS may move the child if necessary).  [/quote]
