Now with the speed oven I have actually accomplished 2 things - I can bake items (small scale) like cookies, pies etc (one standard cooking sheet fits in the speed oven) in that and still have the oven for the turkey - but I have maintained workable counter space and sufficient cabinets without making having to give anything up. Its worth taking a closer look to see if it works for you for you.[/quote]
