It was a freak accident. He was playing at preschool and a dead branch from a tree that over hung the play ground broke off and fell on his head. First thing I did when my kids joined their preschool was walk the playground looking up to make sure there were no large dead branches.

They definitely didn't sue. They are still in contact with the daycare and don't blame anyone there.

I love their giving spirits and how much they do to help others. I'm not sure I could do that. She manages to channel her anger and sadness in a way that's really remarkable.[/quote]
