First thing I did when my kids joined their preschool was walk the playground looking up to make sure there were no large dead branches. I don't believe the family sued anyone. I chastised myself later because if not a tree limb, then a flag pole, or a ... the list could go on. A pp got it right, life can turn on a dime, even if we do everything "right".
