They're already licensed to perform marriage ceremonies. It's not enough to have a license, you need 'someone' to perform a ceremony. There's usually a chaplain available at hospitals and hospice. One of them could do it as well - but, I wouldn't feel compelled to married on someone else's death bed. Neither should OP.[/quote]
