Healthy Back Store has the Pure Bliss as well as another store (it was really gross to try out) in Rockville. I was not comfortable with the Healthy Back Store (Rockville and Bethesda - Bethesda has a better selection) - they were completely shady and are having problems if you google them. But, you can try them. The difference is in the width - 8, 10, 12 or 14. If you go with an adjustable base, don't go higher than 12 with a topper. Try them as each had a different feel. It as firmer without the topper. We go the topper as I liked the feel and if the topper wore out, its cheaper to replace. Healthy Back claims to price match, but its not a true match. They also have lots of returns in their back so I worried about getting a return vs. new. Their staff was not friendly or helpful. Wayfair had the best adjustable bed price and their deliver was fine. We set it up with no problem (just the basic Rize one). We got the Nature, which is the Essence at the Healthy Back store and combined it with the 2 inch latex topper. We got it from Mattress to Go in MI, matt-to-go.com The other companies online were a lot more money - we did everything by email, then phone. He does not negotiate prices but he gives you a really good price. The only negative was I did not like the delivery company - the actually delivery guys were nice and prompt the the company had only one day to deliver in our area so it was basically cancel everything and be home. I also don't like the latex pillow as much as I hoped - its really nice but I don't like how it takes a few seconds to adjust. There was also a few hours of smell (I am sensitive) but it went away quickly after aired out - Jeff thought it was the packaging. Once I put the bed bug cover on, it was fine. I looked at a lot of brands, but many of the buy direct brands you cannot try them or have to go to NY or CA to actually try the bed. I did not want to hassle with returns. I almost got a tempurpedic but was worried when I googled the smell and other problems. This was about half the price of tempurpedic and felt better in the end. There are a few mattress sites but some just seemed liked ads vs. helpful. One was ok but I forget the name. The Latex is far more comfortable than the memory foam and has health benefits. I would not get it if you have a latex allergy but online it said they are different latex. There are also different kinds of latex so be careful you are getting the good one (I forget which one is which now). My concern with memory foam was all the chemicals, especially the gels. I'd go traditional or Latex. I also worried as our memory foam topper only lasted a few years.
