10K is not enough for what you want to do. it is 10-15K just to update/replace with basic stuff. I am spending close to 30K on 2 bathrooms. We ripped out everything in a 30 year old home thinking we had mold (we had tiles falling off on shower) Turns out there was just one spot of mold where the tiles the fell off! Oh well, after 30 years it was time to redecorate. We could have stayed closer to 22K, but we upgraded lots of stuff. (bathroom cabinet in the boys bathroom has a special finish that will wipe easier against "misses" - I have tweens, I think they miss more than little kids - also got taller toilets) We did not change any structural items. 5*7 bathroom and one slightly larger.
I'm the 10k poster (not OP). No structural stuff, except maybe a pocket door depending on costs. It sounds like you could have done each of your bathrooms for $11k without upgrades so perhaps my hope for $10k is not impossible!
