It's not a huge deal. HOWEVER, they will not transfer an embryo of requested gender. Eg. you may know that you have 3 girl and 1 boy frostie, but they will not tell you which one they transferred. If it's super important once you have PGSed frozen embryos you can take them someplace that will allow gender selection.[/quote]
