[/quote] I disagree with this OP - I like that white blends into the ceiling, but just make sure it's high quality and not cheap plastic-looking. I find that the "wood grain" blinds look tacky. I've seen dark colors like oil rubbed bronze or metallic that look nice, but wood stained/faux wood just looks so 1980s, ew!! [/quote] Sorry meant "fans" not "blinds"[/quote]
