I agree with the suggestion to wait and send the "I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to reschedule this for another time." message at the one hour mark.  After one hour, it is understandable that you might not have a hour+ remaining to accommodate a lengthy interview or additional time.  Earlier than that and it does sound like you didn't leave yourself enough time for the interview.[/quote]
