My relationship does shows all the signs of a healthy relationship–communication, we like spending time with the each other, interaction with our family and friends, and so on. We have also been living together for a few months now. Visas are complicated and an overall headache. My boyfriend will have to consult with an attorney to get this all sorted out. It just sounds like he's in danger of losing his H1 visa and it will be almost impossible to get it reapproved by Sept unless he finds a job within his company. It's not about for advice about marriage- it's more about finding a way that he can stay in the US. [/quote]
