Yes, true. The reality is I would be doing all the work while he is off in lala land. Thats been the case for a while. The only advantage of that is that it would be me handling the rental. know its just nuts. My main reason for leaving was to protect my daughter and myself, once it all became clear what I was dealing with. The house and money didnt matter. Still kind of doesnt, but its still a house in a neighborhood unlikely to decline, and maybe some of the hassle of retaining it is worth it. Besides, daughter is 8, so I have 10 more years of ties to him at a minimum. [/quote]
