It's a nice big lot, but limited tear-down & upgrade potential b/c directly on busy road. Basement is so vital above the snow line... And busy roads are a real deficit. You see tons of nice homes sitting on busy roads for a long time. They only sell when inventory is tight tight and people are pressed to buy. This is the start of the buying season, so probably will sit as buyers explore other options. [/quote]
