It has no basement. It's 2300 total. So could be too small for some families.

It's nice enough but 50s architecture is unfixable and location on a busy road is huge deficit and you can't change that.

It's moderately busy at rush hour, but overall not terrible. All the main roads up this way, including Glebe and George Mason, aren't as busy as they are further south.
In the middle of the day on a scale of 1-10, with 1 being not busy at all, i.e. a cul-de-sac, and 10 being Lee Highway, I'd give this a 4.
