Czarniak's hair is super thin and fine, so there's no way she achieved that look without extensions and some pretty serious effort.  It's just kind of a bummer, because she seems like a nice, pretty down-to-earth person who has a talent and strong drive and I'd like to believe that we can teach our daughters that you don't have to look like Barbie in order to be successful in a male-dominated professional (especially one that promotes so much female sexualization as it is).
