Ikea. We bought a bed frame for DD there when she was 2 and it is still fine 10 years later. Bonus is that they have wooden slats so you don't have to invest in a box spring. But skip the IKEA mattresses - they are more comfy and less expensive elsewhere. We threw out DDs IKEA mattress after a few years because it was so uncomfortable and bought one on sale at Mattress Discounters.
OP. Thanks. Our crib is from IKEA, so I looked at their site for beds. I was just concerned he might fall out of their beds because the raised portion at the head looks pretty short, and it doesn't look like you can add a guard rail since you can only add one to the head. http://m.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/functional/18681/18723/#/us/en/catalog/products/spr/69046072/ He still moves around a lot in his converted crib (with one side taken down and guard rail up). Do kids adjust to moving less when they get a twin bed? Anyone have trouble with kids falling out of IKEA twin beds?
