[/quote] AP Micro is one semester and AP Macro is the other semester but in our school when you register for AP Econ you are enrolled in both. There is not an option to take only one or the other. The kids take two AP exams at the end of the year. Just an FYI, from our DD's experience AP Econ was significantly more work than the regular Personal Finance course but for her it was worth it based on her college major [/quote]
