As PPs have said, every man is different, but I am a man who has known I have a kind of pregnancy fetish since I was in college. I'm not really interested in going down the path of constant rejection and feeling like I'm begging.  Also, I realize at this point that her physical discomfort is only likely to increase.  I feel bad about her pain and discomfort and I don't want to be pushy.  So...I'm kind of thinking it's going to be 6-12 months before sex is really on the table again, and it's a bummer.
