Maybe Laurel? It's a terrible commute.
Laurel is not Howard. It's in PG.
Laurel spans four counties. The city is incorporated in PG County, but has mailing addresses in Howard, Montgomery, and Anne Arundel. The Howard County part of Laurel includes High Ridge, Whiskey Bottom, Leishear Village, and Hammond Village. If OP is interested in living in this part of the county, I'd recommend Hammond Village. Good school pyramid. Right on both 95 and 29. And the MARC station is fairly close too. ~Laurel native.
