He didn't forge her identity on the Yelp review. 
She asked for a particular item/service. Restaurant said they don't provide that item/service. She then decided that failure to provide that particular item/service warranted her exacting "vengeance" by taking to Yelp and writing a one star review.

Without reading any of the response from the owner, I read the initial Yelp review and concluded that writer was ridiculous. So I don't really care what "version" she gave you. Her words speak for themselves, and she comes across as an idiot.[/quote]

i love how the reviewer assumes that she will starve if this one restaurant in Kansas City doesn't cater to her every whim.  So entrepreneurial of her!
