I saw the same car at a light pulling out of the shopping center and stalked them, but didn't see a mark. I headed home and called the store. They said no one reported anything and laughed when I tried to leave my information. I will call them again tomorrow to see if anyone complained.

Should I call the nonemergency number for our county? Will they even take my information?
