Funny how some people define "left". In the past, conservatives were isolationist.  And in the future one can hope they are not racist.

Rand Paul points out racial disparity in sentencing.  If you replace "racial" with "ideological" and "sentencing" with "tax exempt status" you have a conservative cause celebre.  And on top of it, you have one that has been studied to death, for generations!  [/quote]

Well I'd enjoy a discussion on left vs right conservative vs liberal. How todays liberals are modern liberals very far removed from classical liberalism. Its conservatives who seek to protect the ideals of classical liberalism; limited government, individual liberty, free markets, rule of law and national sovereignty. I find modern liberals most illiberal of all. And you prove it… Really you gotta go and insinuate I'm a racist?? That's pathetic. No point in engaging in a dialogue here...[/quote]
