Here's the thing, last month I showed up for a noon appointment, and wasn't seen until 12:50.  So I was thinking about this, and busted out with, "So you were going to charge me today?  Should I have charged YOU guys for my time last month, when I had to wait?  I won't be coming back."

And I am always worked in between other people.

Was I in the wrong?  How would you have handled this?  (Sorry I am long winded.)[/quote]
