But anything else 2-9, 1-8, ect I feel like crap in the morning even though it's the same amount of hours. What's the issue here?
You mean 4am - 11 am? Wow, that's really late. Well, one thought is that you are atypical and that's when you should be sleeping, at least biologically. Another thought is that somehow you have screwed up your biological rhythms and need to reset things, which might take a couple weeks. Have you tried sleeping pills, or melotonin? I'd imagine that this is interfering with your life to the point where maybe you should consider it. Also maybe a hormonal thing? Diabetes, menopause, etc? DO you exercise? WHat happens if you adjust that time?
See, and I was thinking, here is someone who understands their biological rhythm and can work towards that. I'm the opposite of you, an early bird. Fall asleep at 9 and 10 and wake between 4 and 5 would be my natural rhythm in life. Even sans alarm. I life with a "late bird" who perks up around the time I'm dozing off. To me, I say embrace who you are. Find a night or third shift job. There's usually a premium attached. I'm outside the norm, but I think that everyone has a time that they are naturally set at. I did a long contract on overnights and was a bitch on wheels for almost a year. Got the same job 6am shift and it was a dream job. Go with what your time is, if you can.
