You mean 4am - 11 am? Wow, that's really late.
Well, one thought is that you are atypical and that's when you should be sleeping, at least biologically.
Another thought is that somehow you have screwed up your biological rhythms and need to reset things, which might take a couple weeks.
Have you tried sleeping pills, or melotonin? I'd imagine that this is interfering with your life to the point where maybe you should consider it.
Also maybe a hormonal thing? Diabetes, menopause, etc?
DO you exercise? WHat happens if you adjust that time?
