I started when I was 39 and went 2-3 times a week for two years ish. Simultaneous to about 5 IVF treatments. None worked for me.

I felt like it  would have bee n more helpful if I "just " needed to regulate my cycle and "strengthen" my uterus. If that were the case it also would have worked better had I been younger, because they want you to put months and moths of treatment in BEFORE you turn to IVF, which is NOT  possible if you are AMA.  I was also dealing with age and rapidly declining egg quality  and it does nothing for that. I wouldn't say I don't believe in it but it did not really help me. I only went because it was covered by insurance for me.

That said  I did enjoy it and it did relax me. I would say pre natal Pilates, yoga and a strict healthy fertility diet probably made a bigger impact on my overall health. Good luck. [/quote]
