We have not been called back even once! So, we have now documented all of the issues in writing, and sent via fax (with a fax confirm).  Still, no response.  We can't even get the customer service person to confirm to us that they've received our fax!

It's just insane.  We are now about to resend as a registered letter and I guess the next step is to call our bank and dispute the withdrawals.  I can't believe the total, utter lack of customer service.

Curious if others have experienced similar problems?  Were we crazy to think we could set this up ourselves?  In practice do others do this through a financial advisor?

Any tips on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.[/quote]
