While we stress being PC, political correctness often leaves little room for growth, as there's a stigma against bringing up uncomfortable situations to work through. It's best to "tolerate" a situation or a comment and then move on. But tolerance doesn't mean acceptance. So we're back to square 1. What's the sense?
