As I mentioned we're avoiding the carseat as much as possible, so won't be using a snap and go and wouldn't get nearly enough use out of the shower cap style that really only is for an infant car seat.  I think based on the suggestion that baby was too warm in snowsuits we'd opt to also get a lighter fleece snowsuit rather than some crazy down/quilted number - can always supplement with blankets if out in the Moby.
