That's the way things were done back then. I'm sure it wasn't up to her whether they used her voice or not, whether the singers were uncredited, who was nominated for what, or whether she got the Oscar or not. I don't see it as reflecting poorly on her as a person or as an actress.[/quote]

It may be how things were done in 1961.  She's 82 and I've never heard her mention the other women who sang as well on the soundtrack.  Moreno is talented but she's gotten accolades and praise for over 50 years for an accomplishment that's not completely hers.  She could at least acknowledge the other talent.  What an egomaniac.  It's not like the Oscar gets taken away.[/quote]
