[/quote] I'm sure the problem with re-setting that date is that (a) it has to be earlier, not later than May 4th b/c it probably involves prep plans for SOLs, and (b) April has a long spring break with two Mondays off, so moving it back into Mar. was probably the only optionl. As for the "test" conflicts -- I don't know if this is the exact reason, but it just so happens that SATs are scheduled for the Sat. prior to Columbus Day and the Sat. prior to May 4th. Maybe there was some push back on those dates for a reason that wasn't obvious.[/quote]
