Well, go check out some of the recent threads.  If you are experiencing secondary infertility and dare to express empathy to someone with primary, you are attacked.  I should know better - it's par for the course for the mean girls of DCUM.  But it's sad, because it means your forum is practically useless for anyone who is seeking support and understanding. The problem, OP, is that primary fertility people sometimes post threads that aren't just about infertility -- they are about the real possibility of being childless, not by choice, and coming to terms with that.

For those specific threads, I would think that most rational people would realize that it might not be the place to post about your disappointment with just having one child.

It's not that secondary infertility people can't (or shouldn't) post on infertility threads.  It's that there are some specific threads where it really isn't the place to post about secondary infertility, because the real issue isn't even so much infertility but coming to terms with being childless.  That's a very different kind of struggle than secondary infertility.  It really is only a few threads.  [/quote]
