If the latter then it is very difficult. If it is the former then you've got a better shot at least at some point prior to graduation. Check out California's requirement as a example. If you are attending a UC school and trying to get in state residency you aren't even allowed to leave to visit family for holidays. Of course if you are moving to CA too then your DC wont need to travel out of state.[/quote]
