AK is a pretty, young, American with an amazing PR campaign behind her,  and people here are not interested in the evidence, because of that, in Dershowitz's opinion.

Above all, says Dershowitz, we should not be holding up AK as a heroine, because she accused an innocent black man (her boss at her part-time job at a pub) of the crime.  He was jailed, and it really messed up his life.[/quote]
