It's near the zoo, which isn't too far from the city center, but definitely not walking distance. We stayed in the city center and took PHLASH ($2 per trip pp, or $5 pp for an all day pass) to get to both the museum and the zoo, which was reasonably convenient on Saturday but took forever on Sunday. You have to switch busses/shuttles at a certain point to take the zoo/museum one. The first bus (around the city) is reasonably stroller friendly, but the second is not. How old is your toddler? At 16 months ours was still really a bit too young to get a lot out of the Please Touch museum. Definitely more worth the money if your child is 2+, IMO.[/quote]
