And, we frequently have deer. [/quote] hydranea are pretty easy to grow...they are deer resistant so no issues there. Will grow ok in part shade, will do very well in sun also. They do need a little acidity so would like some compost or holly tone every now and then, but overall very good, easy plants to grow.[/quote]
