Encourage her to call the police or your mom to call the police. She needs to stop dating and worry about providing for her child (getting $ for a place of their own.) Where is the child's father? He should be contributing so they can live in a SAFE environment. If you didn't witness it, it didn't happen. SHE needs to step up and call the police and do something about her. All you can do is advise her. Maybe call a woman's abuse hotline and ask them for suggestions?[/quote]
