I've been there for a neighborhood party. It's a beautiful home, gorgeous yard with lots of care to bring in native plants, fantastic back porch...I love old wood work and restoration rather than year downs, though, so if you're more into a modern look it won't be for you. We're very sorry to see the current people leave, but hope to get another nice family to join the neighborhood. There are some sketchy parts of Brookland but I would not say this is one of them.[/quote]
