I like the iPad mini, which is slightly bigger than my Nook and, from what I've seen, a little bigger than the Kindle. A word of warning: I find that looking at the iPad screen right before bed keeps me awake, so I use the Nook "glow" function to read right before bed. YMMV.[/quote]

It's the blue part of the light spectrum that computer screens use.  It stimulates a certain part of the brain and makes it difficult to fall asleep.  MRIs have shown this.[/quote]
