I want a female divorce attorney. Good but not necessarily the most expensive out there. I had an affair and my husband knows about it. That's long gone and we have both tried to recover and make it work but I am just not happy. We've been married almost 20 years. We have a lot of assets. I used to earn a lot and have a sizable 401K. I have been home with the kids for a few years and am just starting up a new career and I won't be making much money for a while. We also have big money tied up in our house. We will keep the house. The kids will grow up in this house. I know we both want that. He earns over $500K a year. Our only debt is our mortgage which will be paid off in less than 10 years. I don't want much from him. I want my 401K and I would like him to buy me out of the house. I just want my freedom to live the life I always wanted to live but never had the courage. [u] Thanks in advance
I understand what you are saying as I am very much like this.... We live were DH's career will flourish at the expense of mine. Among other things, I hate living here and will move once youngest is off to college. Now, I feel like I can't have girl friends to do GNO and leave DH "home with the kids AGAIN." We only socialize with a very select few couples because DH is quite picky with friends. I look forward to going places, doing things etc... without having to ask him if he'll come with me and him saying no we're not going. I look forward to doings things I want and even though I will do it alone, I will feel blessed. Good luck, OP!
