Can he leverage budget and financial skills or does he need to acquire those? Can he "think" like a manager or does he think management is bullsh*t, in which case he needs to go through an attitude readjustment about the contributions management adds to companies and their strategic direction? How comfortable is he telling others what to do, providing feedback (good and bad), and prompting others to be accountable? Etc.[/quote]
