I do not believe it matters what base school the kids are from.  The reason I say this is b/c at our center, there are 13 base schools feeding into it.  The school with the highest number of kids going to the center has about 20 kids going.  The next highest school has maybe 12, then 10, then some with only 2-3 kids going (this is not for this year, it's historical data in a chart recently posted here).  So, there seems to be a lot of variability in the number of kids going to the center from each feeder school.  That would lead me to believe that there is no special accomodation made for kids coming from certain schools even though those schools have very low numbers going to the center (and there is no local level 4 substitute).
