From my virginia suburb, I could drive 15-20 minutes during non-rush hour, my commute downtown is 30 minutes on working days during rush hour. Honestly, if you don't have walkability and your not close to the metro, what is the draw of these places that are way overpriced for what they are? I might offer way less than asking price for these and see what you can get. Particularly that Eastern one. It has NO business being that expensive! [/quote]
