They're swamped with the actual work of enrollment and managing the WL, not to mention everything associated with moving. Instead of emailing, why don't you call and speak to someone and volunteer to lead the outreach. Tell them you're planning a "Welcome Playdate" and pick a date and time and location. Use a local park. Tell them you'd like to share it with all current and potential families. Post it on DCUM, but ask them to simply forward your message. They'll be grateful for the outreach effort and community building, and so will everyone who can make it. After that, you can exchange emails or set up a google group or something.
