The qualifications are an AA degree and a few years in an office setting to do office paperwork and database management.  I have a Master's in Education, 5 years classroom experience and 1.5 years at an education company.  I haven't WOH in 12 years but I have been a Board member of a non-profit for 6 years and have done PTSA stuff.  My youngest has been in school FT for a few years years and I'm ready to go back to work but I don't want to teach.  I just want a part time job and the hours are perfect and the work/environment seems enjoyable.
