You can do it![/quote] LOL @ the Biggest Loser style dramatic weight loss. BUT no...I wasn't expecting MAJOR weight loss, but at least 1 pound. Maybe 3-5 with as much time and effort as I put in this week. Besides, during my early 30s I lost weight quickly in the very beginning. I thought I'd see something in the first week. Oh well. I'll try again in another week or two. I must say that it does feel good to get back into the gym though. I just wanna see fruit from my efforts! I wanna see results! [/quote]
